This ridiculous hair-growing thing.

Why will my hair not grow?!
I can put it up in a silly little ponytail, only at the back though, none of the side or front will stay in the elastic.
This is how it looks right now:

Is it just me, or does it look absolutely no different to how it did over a month ago?
Frustrating.
