Some more Summer.

I’m kind of dying without a proper Internet connection; I hate only updating my blog every once in a while.

I haven’t been up to much, because my car has yet to pass the MOT.  It went through the test last Saturday but failed on the brakes, so it’s back at the mechanic now, and I’m hoping to get it booked in to re-test ASAP.

Steph (my younger sister) was home at the weekend as a surprise visit; Mum had no idea she was coming home.  It was great to see her again.  I didn’t take a single photo though, woops.

I’ve been learning how to do accounts for my parents’ business, which is random and somewhat daunting, but it works out well for all of us – they need the accounts done, and I need a summer job.

Tegan & Sara played in the Mandela Hall last Monday night.  Wow. They were amazing.  I’ve wanted to see them for years, so it was just fantastic to finally see them play live.
